coverage upon request.
Workmen’s Comp Insurance: If the service company
you hire to repair or remodel your home does not have
workmen’s compensation insurance, and there is an
accident to their employees while working on your home,
you are liable.

over subcontractor reliability and work quality. All My

finger pointing between tradesmen, we are a team, as we
